2. How to place an order?

Ordering on scrubcitytrinidad.com is easy, simple, and secure. Simply select the color, size, and the quantity then click the “Add to Cart” button on the product detail page. The Shopping Cart page will then display the items in your cart and will allow you to change the quantity of each item you’ve selected or remove items. From the Shopping Cart page, you can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping.
When you have finished shopping, click on the “View Cart” or “Checkout” icon at the top-right of the page to review your selections. When you are satisfied with your order, click the “Proceed to Checkout” icon to complete your purchase.

3. How to track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. To track an order after it has been shipped, click on the link “Track Item” which will take you to the postal company. Then enter your tracking number.

4. What forms of payment does scrubcitytrinidad.com accept?

Scrub City only accepts payment by Paypal or Postal Money order.

5. What if an item is not in stock?

On occasion, demand for a product will exceed the quantity in stock. If this is the case, you will see a message about the availability of that item when you hit the Add to Cart button. In addition, if you order an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail that the product is backordered and let you know when it is expected. We will often give you the option of replacing the item with a different one (i.e. a different color).
If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your requested shipping method, so as not to delay your entire order. Item that are out-of stock will be shipped when they become available at no extra cost to you.
Note: If you are using e-mail filters and/or blockers, be sure to add scrubcitytrinidad.com to the safe sender list in your address book to ensure that you receive our notifications and updates.

6. What if scrubcitytrinidad.com is unable to accept my order?

Please note that scrubcitytrinidad.com may be unable to accept or may need to cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel or place an order on hold, till necessary information is obtained. We will notify you via email or telephone if any this may occur. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, scrubcitytrinidad.com will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge or a credit note for re-purchase.

7. Is shopping at scrubcity.com secure?

Paypal is the method of payment used by scrubcitytrinidad.com it is one of the safest means of online trading. It provides secure transactions which only require your email and a password, not your credit or debit card numbers.
Postal orders can also be used, but your order will only be processed after the order is received.

8. What if my item is defective?

Scrubcitytrinidad.com partners with reputable manufacturers who stand by their products. However, on rare occasions, a product can have a defect that was undetected by the manufacturer or that becomes apparent during use. If a product you’ve purchased from Scrubcitytrinidad.com has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at customerservice@scrubcitytrinidad.com

9. How do I exchange an item?

At the Store: You can return or exchange an item purchased online at any store nearest to you, by bringing the item along with your online receipt and packing slip.

By Mail: Fill out the return form and pack the merchandise securely. Remember to include tags and product should not be worn, used, soiled, or washed. Please send all shipments prepaid as well as return shipping.
Shipping cost and surcharges will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed unless the return is made because the item is defective.

All items exchanged must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
If an item was ordered as a set it must be exchanged as a set.
Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.
All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
Please allow approximately 21 business days to process your return.

10. Are there any items I cannot return or exchange?

Due to health codes, support and fashion hosiery may not be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.

11. How do I log in?

To review your account information, click on the “My Account” icon located in the top right hand corner of the navigation bar. Enter your email address and password to access your Scrubcitytrinidad.com account.

12. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to Scrubcitytrinidad.com’s email list?

Subscribing to Scrubcitytrinidad.com’s email list gives you access to exclusive previews of our special sales events, information about new merchandise arrivals, and key product advice.
