Our 30 Day Returns Policy

 

At the Store: You can return or exchange an item purchased online at any store nearest to you, by bringing the item along with your online receipt and packing slip.

By Mail: Fill out the return form and pack the merchandise securely. Remember to include tags and product should not be worn, used, soiled, or washed. Please send all shipments prepaid as well as return shipping.
Shipping cost and surcharges will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed unless the return is made because the item is defective.

All items exchanged must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. Items must be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
If an item was ordered as a set it must be exchanged as a set.
Laundered garments and footwear showing visible wear are not returnable unless they are defective.
All shipping/processing charges on returned packages must be prepaid. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective, or if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.
Please allow approximately 21 business days to process your return.
